To determine whether Julie is a good fit

Before meeting for the first time, please watch this free video at the Bright Solutions for Dyslexia website titled Dyslexia: Symptoms and Solutions (it’s the first one on the list).

If you are interested in dyslexia screening for your child, please also carefully review the Consultation Agreement as it contains important information about the process . This will help you determine if Julie’s services are what you need.

If you’re ready for Julie to work with your child

Please send a message communicating how old your child is and in which services you are interested. Julie will contact you within a day to set up a phone interview.

After your phone interview is concluded

For Reading and Writing Intervention

Please download and then complete the forms below and either email them to julie@julieholcomb.net, mail them to 1305 Boulevard Way, Unit 202, Walnut Creek, CA, or print them and bring them to your child’s first appointment.

Provides information about your child’s background to make sure the best possible intervention is recommended.

Policies and Procedures

Includes a Contract and Consent form. When we meet, after reviewing the Policies and Procedures, we will both sign a Contract and Consent form.

For Dyslexia Screening

Please download and complete the forms then below then send the signed forms along with a deposit and all requested documents to: Julie Holcomb, 1305 Boulevard Way, Unit 202, Walnut Creek, CA. Once a deposit and all paper work is received, we will schedule time for the screening, which will take between one and two hours.
